Last month , we welcomed a select group of guests—architects, realtors, and design-conscious individuals—to an experience that offered more than just a glimpse into our work. It was a celebration of perspective, both in how we build and how we live.
Set within one of our custom residences, the event was designed to mirror the essence of the Elviano brand: intentional, refined, and quietly expressive. From the architecture to the atmosphere, every detail was shaped to spark reflection—not only on design, but on how spaces can move us. On the main floor, guests were welcomed into a series of activations that blended craftsmanship with culture. A tasting experience, crafted live by Michelin-starred Chef Patrick Kriss of Alobar Yorkville, offered a sensory journey through texture and restraint. Nearby, the scent of handrolled cigars filled the air as Correnti Cigars brought their signature touch of heritage and precision into the evening.
An interactive Elviano presentation invited guests to explore our portfolio in a tactile, dynamic way—placing 3D-printed models on illuminated pedestals to reveal floorplans, materials, and the vision behind each project. Downstairs, the atmosphere shifted. A moody theatre room screened a short-form documentary on the transformation of 382 Old Yonge—a behind-the-walls look into how design is realized with purpose and patience. Just beyond, guests discovered a full bar, a private basketball court, and moments of quiet contrast, inviting a new way to engage with the home.
From start to finish, A New Perspective was more than a theme—it was a way of seeing. And we’re grateful to those who joined us to experience it.
